3 WWE Superstars That Could Help The Judgment Day Retain The Tag Team Titles On RAW

WWE is just hours away from hosting this week's RAW from the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, California. It will feature three championship games, one of which will be seen Finn Bálor and JD McDonagh of The Judgment Day defend the World Tag Team Championship against AJ Styles and Dragon Lee.

For the past few months, AJ Styles has been chasing Dominik Mysterio's Intercontinental Championship. However, he now appears to have focused on the world tag team title after several unsuccessful attempts to capture the title from Dominik.

Since Bálor and McDonagh have used the help of certain superstars to successfully defend the title multiple times, there's a good chance they can do it again to retain the gold against Styles and Lee tonight on the red brand.

Now, let's explore three WWE Superstars who could help The Judgment Day retain the tag team titles on RAW.

#3. The great American

El Grande Americano has maintained a clandestine relationship with Dominik Mysterio over the last few months on RAW. Not only has he helped Dominik emerge victorious in some of his matches, but he has also extended his assists to Finn Bálor and JD McDonagh in the past.

With that in mind, there is a strong possibility that El Grande will help Bálor and McDonagh successfully defend the World Tag Team Championship against AJ Styles and Dracon Lee on tonight's episode of WWE RAW, even though members of The Judgment Day disapproved of his recent alliance with the young Mysterio.

If that happens, maybe it could cause the current champions to finally accept El Grande American and possibly allow him to join the faction.

Despite facing The Judgment Day and looking to capture Dominik Mysterio's Intercontinental Championship tonight on RAW, Rusev appears to be another WWE Superstar who could help Finn Bálor and JD McDonagh retain the Tag Team Championship against AJ Styles and Dragon Lee.

It looks like Styles and Lee could push Bálor and McDonagh to their limits during tonight's match. However, about to deliver a message to Dominik before their match, possibly interfering to cost them the title, Rusev's plans could backfire. In a shocking twist, it could end up buying the champions enough time to take advantage of the situation and retain the title.

If that happens, Balor and JD could also help 'Dirty' Dom retain his IC title against Rusev tonight. Arguably, it could finally reduce the growing tension between The Judgment Day and possibly restore their sense of unity, as part of a blockbuster story.
