'I'm Being Very Honest' – Shawn Michaels Was Sleeping With Former WWE Men's Champion, Bret Hart Says

Shawn Michaels is undoubtedly one of the biggest names to ever step inside a WWE ring. However, The Heartbreak Kid was involved in his fair share of controversies in his prime. Michaels was close to Vince McMahon and Bret Hart believes the two were probably sleeping together at one point.

Bret Hart has always talked about his issues with Shawn Michaels and Vince McMahon following the infamous Montreal Screwjob. The Heartbreak Kid was always highly rated by the former WWE President, which upset many, including Hart.

At the Johnny I Pro Show, Brett Hart said he believes Shawn and the former WWE Champion were sleeping with each other.

“I think Shawn and Vince were sleeping with each other. I'm just telling you. I think I'm pretty close to the truth here.”

Although Shawn Michaels is one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time, it seems that he was not an easy person to deal with during the peak of his career. The Heartbreak Kid began turning his life around in 1999 and returned to WWE in 2002 after a four-year hiatus.

Michaels produced classic matches against legends such as Kurt Angle, John Cena and The Undertaker in his last run, which ended in 2010. In 2018, HBK announced that he was officially working as a writer and producer for NXT. He is now the creative head of the brand.

Despite the change, the relationship between Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart never seemed to be fully mended. The Hitman has often shown disdain for The Heartbreak Kid and his close friend, Triple H.
