After the event, Hull posted a short clip on his Wentworth Golf Club Instagram story. In the video, she was seen working on her swing while wearing a coordinating white ensemble over a black base top, paired with white shoes. She captioned the clip:
“Go back to him…” and tagged the location.

Charlie Hull entered the mixed event after an impressive LPGA season, which concluded at the CME Group Tour Championship on November 23. The season marked a strong return to form as she claimed her third LPGA Tour title and first since 2022.
During the 2025 season, Hull played 16 events and won the Kroger Queen City Championship in September She also had four top-10 finishes, including a runner-up finish at the AIG Women’s Open. Although the Grant Thornton Invitational is not an official event, Hull’s performance helped her end the season on a positive note.
Before the Grant Thornton Invitational, Charley Hull shared a light moment with teammate Michael Brennan during a PGA Tour media event. Both players were asked to describe themselves in one word. Hull described Brennan as “cool”, while Brennan called her “intense”.
Hull was clearly taken aback by the comment and immediately disagreed, saying it didn’t look like that.
“Really? You think I’m intense?” Hull said: “I’m the most relaxed person in the world!”
The moment came up again after Friday’s opening round when Hull asked Brennan if he still felt the same during a post-round interview.
“I mean, I don’t think that’s a bad thing,” Brennan explained, adding “you’re focused, which is good.” (via golf week)
The 2025 Grant Thornton Invitational featured a total prize pool of $4 million. Hull and Brennan earned $380,000 for finishing tied for second place, which was the second-highest payout in the event. Tournament winners Andrew Novak and Lauren Coughlin took home the top prize of $1 million.
