Jacksonville Jaguars, Trevor Lawrence and his wife Marissa, welcomed his first child, daughter Shae Lynn Lawrence, on January 4. While they answered a Fan question about Instagram stories on Wednesday, Marissa addressed the topic of family planning and made known that they could have more children in the future.

When asked how many children he hopes to have, he responded Marissa,

“Originally I said 2 or 3 but I love the baby's phase that might have more.”

This statement came three months after the couple announced the arrival of their daughter. The news was shared in a joint post by Instagram where Trevor wrote,

“Mother and Father love you very much !!! Thank you Jesus for our girl !!”

The couple's relationship started in 2016 in Georgia High School. They committed themselves by 2020 and married the following year on April 10. On June 27, 2024, they revealed that they were waiting for their first child, posting a series of maternity photos in Ig with their two dogs, Mr. Jones and Indi.

During a session of “Let's Capshing”, Marissa was asked about Trevor's preference for a son. She revealed that she and her husband initially expected her baby to be a boy, expressing a slight disappointment when they learned that he was a girl.

“I think it's funny because we both thought would be a boy.

However, as his pregnancy progressed, the illusion of the couple grew and now, Marissa cannot imagine having a child. While the arrival of her daughter was initially met with mixed emotions, the couple fully embraces her role as parents.
