The next edition of the World Test Championship It is already in the IS, and for the first time in the history of the competition, both Rohit Sharma and Kohli will not participate. The BCCI recently announced the India squad for the next tour of England.
Shubman Gill has been appointed captain of the squad after the retirement of Rohit and Kohli, with Rishabh Pant as a deputy. The squad presents the return of Karun Nair and the inclusion of Sai Sudharsan. Both calls have been satisfied with an understandable praise.
India's workforce for the vs England Testing series: Shubman Gill (C), Ris Hurbh Pant (WK/VC), Yasse Jaiswal, Kl satisfiedSai Sudharsan, Abhimanyu Easwan, Karun Nair, Nitish Kumar Reddy, Ravindra Jadja, Dhruv Juryl (WK), Washington Sundar, Shardul Thakur, Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Siraj, Prasidh KrishnaAkash Deep, Arshdeep Singh, Kuldeep Yadav.
At the same time, however, some names, unfortunately, did not cut. In this note, there are three players here who were unlucky to get lost in India's squad for the England tests.
Shreyas Iyer has shown the ability to play rugged inputs in difficult circumstances. Although his technique is a bit suspicious of managing swing conditions, England is expected to explain flat clues that will serve their aggressive battle philosophy.
Shreyas, meanwhile, has made drastic improvements to his game. It is no longer so uncomfortable against the short ball, the middle -order batter has made a mountain of white balls clues and has added a lot of value through its leadership. In a series where India will be without Rohit and Kohli, he could have been useful.
Although it is understandable why selectors do not want to choose, Shreyas, who did well in the few games of the Ranji Trophy he played, he could hear a hard touch.
Another player who has been on the test team and the surrounding area, the prolific national score of Sarfaraz Khan has not translated internationally. The rivers of the PHORKY BATTER tracks dried after a brilliant debut, and it seems that it has paid the price for it.
India chose Karun Nair, whose domestic form was nothing sensational. And, although it is positive to see that Karun's returns are rewarded, Sarfaraz has been accumulating similar volumes of runs for more than half a decade. He has not been given a sustained race at the test level and leaving him fall without trying it is constantly a little hard.
Another player who was part of the India squad for the border-gavaskar trophy, Harshit Rana's single tests departure did not go to the plain despite a promising debut. Sometimes, fighting with its precision, the young fast diaper is not yet a finished product.
While Rana has been named Team A, he has not done the senior side. The tastes of Shardul Thakur, Akash Deep and Arshdeep Singh have put it in a place. The young man, 23, still has a long career ahead and will probably be fundamental in India's plans, but it could be a disappointed touch to losing the opportunity to travel England after a couple of indifferent outings.
