Lane Kiffin's son, Knox Kiffin


Lane Kiffin is preparing for its sixth season with the Ole miss rebels. While preparing for a new campaign, his son, Knox Kiffin, also made a transition in his high school career this season. He plays quarterback and is a perspective in the recruiting class of 2028.

Lane Kiffin's son played Palos Verde during his first year. Now the quarterback has moved to Mississippi to stay with his father and mother. Knox also went to play Oxford High School as Sophomore.

On Friday, Knox Kiffin shared fragments of his seasonal preparations on social media. He shared photos on Instagram Stories, showing it during an internship session. The young quarterback shows that he comes from his Oxford team while sweating on the pitch with his team during a training session.

During his first year high school campaign, Knox Kiffin recorded 19 gardens and an interception. Despite being a few years before its collegiate debut, Knox already has some program offers such as SmuState of Arkansas, Western Kentucky, Sacramento State and Murray State, to name a few.

After Kiffin decided to move to play for Oxford High School, Coach Ole Miss was ecstatic to live with his son. Lane Kiffin went to social media to share his excitement and respond to the news.

“LFG. The band is back together. PopS smiles,” Kiffin wrote as he shared a publication on his son Joininin Oxford High School.


Lane Kiffin opens over his time at Oxford

Following his career with Florida Atlantic, Lane Kiffin decided to join the rebels in 2020.In April, he had a press conference with fans and media after the program's spring practice.

During this interview, he spoke of his time in Oxford and also of change in his perspective due to his personal experiences in the city.

“I saw Oxford through a different lens because I was initially here as the main coach. Then I saw -as a father. I saw the value of people here. And that really helped me to change a lot because I would say that I always moved.

“I was like sitting in the and southern Florida and then coming here, it is much slower. And this was very good for me. And so it was an impressive time.”

The Ole Miss Rebels begin their 2025 season with a match against State of Georgia On August 30.
