Jay Rosehill establishes clear expectations for $ 15,000,000 from Maple Fore

Old NHL player Jay Rosehill has set clear expectations for Toronto Maple Leafs Scott Laughton After its little season after a half -season trade.

Philadelphia Flyers exchanged Laughton in March the Maple Leafs for the Nikita Grebenkin perspective and a 2027 conditional selection in the first round. Toronto also received a fourth round in 2025 and a sixth round of 2027, with a Philadelphia that retained 50% of the $ 15 million contract from Laughton.

However, with a low season to adjust -Rosehill hopes that Laughton will enter the “fairly centered” training field and willing to have a significant impact.

“I want to see him play at the top of his game in the six backgrounds and have a leadership role of how he looks when his lines are called to throw his leg on the boards, what can you get?” Rosehill said.

“And again, I hope your confidence is high, I hope you know what your job is and what your role is, and I hope you get out of the gutter and get out of the doors very hot and have a great impact for this team before,” he added.

Rosehill also believes that fans will meet behind them, providing an additional impulse.

Laughton has 13 goals and 31 points in 80 games played between Flyers and Maple leaves. He also recorded only 2 points in 13 playoff games.
