NFL fans react as Tucker Kraft leaves field with knee injury against Panthers


Green Bay Packers tight end Tucker Kraft suffered a knee injury during the team's Week 9 matchup against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday. Kraft had to be helped off the field in the third quarter, then taken to the locker room.

When fans saw Kraft injure his knee, they had some wild reactions on social media.

“ACL. It's over. And so are the Packers,” one tweeted.

“If you're out long-term, that call department has questions to answer.” added another.

“Not good for Tucker,” commented a third.

Kraft suffered a knee injury while blocking for his teammate, running Josh Jacobsin a transport Replays showed Kraft's right knee made awkward contact with a teammate while shooting for a block.

Kraft had 20 yards on two receptions before leaving the field. At the time of this writing, the Panthers lead 13-6 with just over two minutes left in the third quarter.

The Packers announced that Kraft could not return.

Tucker Kraft he's been one of the Packers' best offensive players this season. Heading into the matchup against the Panthers, the TE posted 469 yards and six touchdowns on 30 receptions in seven games.

Kraft has forged an excellent partnership with his quarterback, Jordan Love.

The Packers hope Kraft's injury is not serious, as he is a critical part of the team's offense.

The Packers currently lead the NFC North and will want their best players available as they aim to win their division.
