Running back Isaac Brown left Louisville's game against Virginia Tech in the fourth quarter. The star running back suffered what appeared to be a non-contact injury during the scrimmage.
After the game, Louisville head coach Jeff Brohm provided an important update. According to WDRB's Eric Crawford, Brohm said:
“Isaac will be out for a while. We won't have him this game.”

Brohm essentially confirmed that Isaac Brown will miss his team's upcoming game against the California Golden Bears.

Brown has amassed a stat line of 91 carries, 782 rushing yards and five rushing TDs so far this season. He accumulated 130 rushing yards and a touchdown on 16 carries in the Virginia Tech victory. However, he is now set for a spell on the sidelines.
