A video of Twitch streamer Emily “Emiru” preaching that Matthew “Mizkif” would sue has resurfaced on social media. For those who didn't know, on November 5th, 2025, details emerged about Mizkif's defamation lawsuit against Emiru, Zack “Asmongold”, OTK (One True King), King Gaming Labs and Mythic Talent Management.
On the same day (November 5, 2025), a 59-second clip emerged from Emiru's October 25, 2025 live broadcast, in which accused Mizkif of sexual assault, domestic and physical abuse, harassment and stalking.
Although he claimed he “wouldn't be surprised” if the former member of OTK decided to sue her over her allegations, Emiru said:
“And I also wanted to say that I wouldn't be surprised if he sued me for the stream that I did today and for talking about it, not because I think I would win, but for PR reasons, like a SLAPP (Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation). Today, and what else he lied about. And I'm sure there's also a lot of things that I don't know about, and yes, there's more that I haven't even talked about, but I hope that, now that I have this, it's the last time I have to talk about it there.'”
On the fifth page of the legal document, the plaintiff, Mizkif, claimed that the defendant, Emiru, “lied and baselessly accused him” of psychological and domestic abuse, stalking and harassment, sexual assault and blackmail threats. This was further described as “slanderous allegations”:
“Ten months later, on October 24, 2025, Schunk hosted a live stream on Twitch. In the live stream, he lied and baselessly accused Rinaudo of “psychological and domestic abuse, stalking and harassment, sexual assault and blackmail threats.” These slanderous allegations were made live to an audience of tens of thousands and have since been viewed millions of times on various platforms. 19. In the same live stream, Schunk gives accounts of their relationship that clearly do not support the allegations he made.”
At the time of writing, Emiru has not responded to Mizkif's lawsuit. However, Asmongold issued a brief statement on the situation on November 5, 2025.
