The Sky-Fever matchup to open the 2025 season was easily one of the most anticipated matchups of the year. Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese grabbed the headlines due to their intense rivalry, but Boston stole some of the limelight.

Clark finished with 20 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists, four blocks and two steals. Boston contributed 19 points, 13 rebounds and five blocks. Reese led the Sky with 12 points and 17 rebounds.

The sequence shared by the Fever on IG was under the five-minute park. Chicago was down 79-51 when the All-Star center ended the Sky's last-ditch attempt to turn the game around.

Angel Reese drove into the lane before passing to Elizabeth Williams as Aliyah Boston entered the paint. Williams came up strong, but Boston stifled her. After grabbing the rebound, Williams attempted a turnaround jumper that the Indiana center knocked down.

Reese beat DeWanna Bonner for the rebound before going up for a follow-up shot. Bonner and Boston converged to smother Chi Barbie. The umpire called a jump ball after the Bonner-Boston combo swallowed Reese's attempt.

Boston completed the incredible sequence by beating Angel Reese to touch the ball to teammate Kelsey Mitchell. The left guard hit a floater on the next possession, forcing the Sky to wave the white flag.
