Luxury mansions are now a thing
The main addition is the arrival of full-fledged mansion properties, sold through Prix Luxury Real Estate. These are not apartments or renovated extensions. They are large self-contained farms with custom systems tied directly to them. there are three unique mansion locations:
- Richman Villagelocated between Los Santos and Vinewood Hills, created for players who want maximum privacy and security.
- The Tongva estateoverlooking the Pacific and sitting next to the Marlowe Vineyard, with a strong vibe of coastal luxury.
- The Vinewood Residencelocated near the Vinewood sign with panoramic views of the city.
Each mansion is located on a large plot and comes with a pricespace, security and exclusive access points.
Expanded equipment
These mansions feature a long list of functional features in GTA Online A Safehouse in the Hills:
- A 20-car garage with a redesigned interior.
- A private rooftop helipad with access to the Mansion Volatus helicopter.
- A large driveway that serves as a hassle-free entry point for personal vehicles.
- Outdoor gym equipment and yoga zones that temporarily boost stats.
- A pool and hot tub for downtime.
- Dog kennels out already cat bed inside, allowing actual pet ownership.

Full customization of the mansion
Interior design finally has depth here. You can choose decorative styles, wall art, statues, and designs. Beyond cosmetics, you can add:
- A armory of weapons.
- A staff arcade with retro wardrobes.
- An indoor car podium to display a flagship vehicle.
- A vehicle workshop for modifications.
For GTA+ members, the workshop goes even further, providing support Special works of Hao, Updates from Benny, Drift tuningi Missile Jammers for eligible cars.
Security also gets a real upgrade. Contracting a security team dedicated to the mansionalong with enterprise security updates, can reduce or prevent intrusions.
AI Concierge Assistant
Each mansion comes with a built-in AI Assistant. Choose from three personalities and act as a hybrid butler, business manager and travel planner. Can:
- Offer champagne and cosmetics services.
- Start public or private mansion parties.
- Fast travel to any property owned.
- Increase production in companies with 24-hour supply or a product voucher.
- Provide updates such as weather or status reports.
Business Production Boost system
One of the most overlooked but powerful new features in GTA Online A Safehouse in the Hills is the Business Production Boost. Using the AI Assistant or the Services menu, you can temporarily speed up production in key companies. Supported operations include:
- Web based businesses
- Cocaine closure
- Counterfeit cash factory
- Office of Forgery of Documents
- weapons (bunker)
- Acid laboratory

Request luxury vehicles and chauffeur services
The mansion also adds new on-demand vehicle services that fit the high-status theme. You can request luxury vehicles such as:
- Dancer ST-D
- five thousand
- Comet S2 Cabrio
- niob
- Shinobi
- FaceRes
- HAVILAND
There is also a Limousine service and luxury vehicle service without a driverwhich allows you to request a self-driving limousine to pick you up. It’s pure style, but it’s also practical when moving between missions or properties without drawing heat.
New vehicles and transport changes
The update brings several new vehicles:
- Pfister X-treme (Super)
- Ubermacht Sentinel XS4 (Sedan)
- Grotti GT750 (Sports classic)
GTA+ members have early access to Vapid FMJ Mk Vwhich also supports HSW updates. The update is also added extended Missile jamming jammer support for 50 additional vehicles, including aircraft.
KnoWay Out story missions
One of the most outstanding additions is KnoWay Outa new mission line involving Avi Schwartzman and an autonomous taxi company building a surveillance network in Los Santos. These missions focus on:
- Hijacking of autonomous vehicles.
- Alteration of traffic automation.
- Infiltration of secure facilities.
- Elude the authorities.
- Expose corporate surveillance plans.
You don’t need to own a mansion to play it, but having one raises the tension and stakes. Finishing these missions as a leader completes the weekly challenge, rewarding an additional GTA$400,000.
Mission Creator arrives
Rockstar finally introduces a full quest creator. Players can create and share custom missions with branching objectives, stealth routes, and narrative settings. It is accessed through:
- Online > Rockstar Creator > Create a Mission
There are also five sample missions available to learn the system before doing your own.
GTA+ exclusives and VIP rewards
Players who have completed the three new Reward List missions qualify for Gold Tier VIP rewards, which include:
