All skill changes for Titans in Destiny 2: Renegades

Destiny 2: Renegades will arrive with significant changes to the sandbox. From weapons to armor pieces to abilities, it's safe to assume that most of the current sandbox will be replaced by buffs and nerfs. Bungie recently uploaded an official blog post about the abilities of all classes in the game, along with the drastic changes that have come with the release of the new expansion.

This article reviews the changes made to the Titan class in five subclasses. Readers can consult full list of skill changes for Hunters in Renegades.

The Titan changes in Destiny 2: Renegades

Here's a list of all the changes being made to Titan abilities across the five main subclasses:

Solar Titans only had one change as the developers are happy with where the hammer throw is at. However, the following change is aimed at the extra damage of a ranged hammer:

  • Hammer Throw: Impact damage now scales with range. The bonus is additive.

Void Titans, aside from increasing survivability for solo plays, also excelled at supporting allies. In this aspect, the following changes are offered:

  • Sentinel Shield: Getting behind the shield now periodically reloads all weapons every 2.5 seconds. Now grants Void Overshield to allies behind the shield. Damage bonus while behind shield reduced from 40% to 25%. Blocking attacks now extends Super life. Blocking attacks and protecting allies now takes shield throw damage.

Similar to the Solar subclass, the Arc Strike subclass also features a change.

  • Fists of Havoc: Light attacks now increase the damage of the next heavy attack.

Stasis:

The Stasis Behemoth tree is the only subclass that is getting a nerf in PvE.

  • Howl of the Storm: When used during Super, the energy cost of the Super is increased from 5% to 15%.
