Amanda Balionis suggested the only thing that needed to do on a rainy day in New York City in a publication on social media. Balionis was covering the passenger championship this week, which took place in Cromwell, Connecticut and in the middle of the event, the CBS journalist spent a while walking through New York streets.
Balionis shared a rainy day clip in the city in its Instagram history. The clip showed the streets affected by the New York rain, and the post was shared with a subtitle:
“There is only one thing to do when that happens.”
In the next story, the CBS journalist revealed the only thing that could be done on a rainy day. She shared a fun picture of herself with a friend and subdit her:
“Find a dive bar and snacks.”
Although Balionis was not part of the U.S. Open in 2025, the CBS Reporter again performed at the Travellers Championship, which ended with the first day of competition on Thursday (June 19).
After the first round of the passenger championship, Scottie Scheffler He jointly leads the tournament with Austin Eckroat with a marker of 8 under par. Beside him, Rory McILroy and Wyndham Clark are tied to third place at the tournament standings with a total score of 6. The second round of the signing event will take place on Friday.
Amanda Balionis shared a post on his Instagram account of a visit to a New York Pet Center. He shared a publication where you could see in a pink jacket described by the best friends-nova york, which was an animal rescue service. The publication read:
“I have loved visiting @bfas_ny @bestfriendsanimalsociety today in Soho. It is fascinating to see how a city shelter works differently than others with more land and space. It also calls for our most recent @Puppiesandgolf Partner @nutrisoucetefoods for the delivery of the dogs! Dogs from overpopulated to the south.”
She continued: “For my single friends in the city 🚨 Run do not walk to volunteers here! You can register -you literally to walk friendly dogs for soho and have an excuse to talk to strangers on the street. Bonus: If someone is interested in making a dog you need … You have detected all the red flags. You need to keep it in motion and you only save a painful date for three.”
The CBS journalist added that visiting the dog center would be a fun activity for a couple and that there was a dog called Axl, who was immediately adopting.
