Ben Shelton’s American football star girlfriend Trinity Rodman has given her pilates session a more glamorous twist. The American donned a matching black and white outfit for her workout and was quick to give fans a glimpse of her outfit.

Rodman is undoubtedly one of the best soccer players that Team USA has seen in recent years. The California native rose to fame in 2021 when she became the NWSL’s youngest draftee at the time after being drafted second overall by the Washington Spirit. Since then, the 23-year-old has won an NWSL championship and an Olympic gold medal.

Ben Shelton and Trinity Rodman were first rumored to be dating in March 2025, after the duo shared flirty interactions with each other on social media. They later confirmed their relationship with a cute selfie shared on an Instagram post by Shelton.

Since going public with their relationship, Shelton and Rodman have become one of America’s most popular sports couples. Reflecting on navigating his journey in the spotlight, the ATP star told Town and Country magazine:

“The spotlight or the attention, it seems like it’s always on. No matter what I’m doing, there’s going to be someone talking about me or posting about me, and that’s just how life is these days. Obviously that’s all positive, so that’s great. It’s been great to meet someone who goes through a lot of the same things in the spotlight, the media attention, playing tennis and the contrast between American football and similar tennis and the contrast between American and tennis professional athletes.”

Shelton also opened up about the challenges of a long-distance relationship, adding:

“It has its challenges, but it’s definitely worth it. It’s not something we’re not used to, it’s been the story of our lives, especially me being on the road all the time. It’s just normal life stuff.”

Over the past few months, Ben Shelton and Trinity Rodman have established themselves as a true power couple. The duo have been each other’s biggest supporters and are often present in the audience when the other half is competing.
