Amid the ongoing wildfire disaster in LA County, Airbnb announced that it is offering free temporary housing to victims who have evacuated their homes. This Airbnb initiative impressed the girlfriend of Miami Dolphins star Braxton Berrios, Alix Earle, who expressed her support for the move.
On Thursday, Alix Earle took to her Instagram story and shared a short note encouraging her fans to donate their homes to victims of the LA wildfires. Speaking of the same, the SI model wrote:
“I just saw that Airbnb offers accommodation for people who need a place to stay. You can also donate or host if you have a place in a safe area.”

Before asking fans for their contributions, Alix Earle shared her reaction to the current situation in LA County. Sharing his prayers for the victims, Earle wrote:
“Praying for everyone at the fire right now. This is so heartbreaking. We lost power last night but are now in a safe area. Please be safe and help us all at this time.”
Aside from Alix Earle, Jared Goff's wife Christen also revealed that she was terrified of the ongoing wildfire in Los Angeles. Sharing her prayers for the residents via her Instagram story on Wednesday, Christen wrote:
“It's so terrifying to think of everyone affected by these devastating fires in Los Angeles. So many places I've loved my whole life gone forever. Friends losing their homes and displaced. Such a scary and helpless situation. Thinking of all the brave firefighters and first responders who work tirelessly to keep people safe.”
Similar to Christen Goff, Baker Mayfield's wife, Tampa Bay Buccaneers star Emily, also shared an emotional note with fans, praying for the safety of LA residents. Writing an emotional note on her Instagram story, Emily wrote:
“Sending prayers to my friends, family and everyone in the LA area being affected by these heartbreaking wildfires! I am praying for the residents, animals, first responders and everyone else affected to prioritize their safety and remember that the things are just things.. and I pray that these fires will slow down”.
Also, Christian McCaffrey's wife Olivia Culpo also shared her prayers for residents who had to leave their homes after mass evacuations in LA County.
