Charles Leclerc was absolutely furious after being told he was P10 in qualifying for the Qatar Grand Prix as the Ferrari man went on an X-rated rant. The driver claimed he couldn't understand why he was so slow, much to his frustration.
Charles Leclerc entered Q3 during qualifying for the Qatar GP on Saturday by the skin of his teeth, while his teammate Lewis Hamilton he was already knocked out in P3. However, the Monegasque was unable to make an impact in the final session as he qualified last of the 10 remaining drivers.
Leclerc had a great moment on his penultimate lap of the session, as he did a double spin in a frightening incident. After that, he had only used soft tires left in his arsenal, making his chances even more difficult.
As expected, Leclerc was unable to improve on his final lap and dropped to 10th at the checkered flag. After the session, the 28-year-old came on the team radio and shared an expletive-laden message over the team radio, saying:
“Amazing. Shit. What's going on? It's so frustrating!”
The Qatar GP weekend has been worrying for Charles Leclerc and Ferrari up to this point The Sprint race yielded no points for either driver as both Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton struggled to find rhythm on Saturday.
The problems have now moved to GP qualifying as Leclerc only managed 10th on the grid for the main race, while Hamilton will settle for 18th. It remains to be seen what the pair can do on the next day of racing, but expectations of an outstanding result are slowly but surely diminishing for the Italian team.

Charles Leclerc claimed that Ferrari is now “in serious trouble” after qualifying in P10 for the Qatar GP. The rider will start Sunday's race alongside Pierre Gaslythat surpassed him in an Alpine.
When asked by the media that the Frenchman and his car were faster than Lusail's Ferrari SF-25, Leclerc replied: (via Canal+
“I don't know what to say. It's a fact, we're in serious trouble. We're struggling to figure out (where it's coming from), because we've tried a lot and tried different mounting directions, but the car is just slow. That's the way it is.”
Leclerc qualified ninth at the previous round in Las Vegas. Before that, the eight-time F1 race winner had been on a good run of qualifying form with 3 first starts in the three previous Grands Prix in Las Vegas.
But for the penultimate round of the 2025 season, Charles Leclerc faces an uphill battle during the race as he looks to salvage what he can from a disastrous weekend for the Maranello team.
