CM Punk Says 28-Year-Old Star Isn't Future WWE Giant Days After Losing His Championship


CM Punk He recently turned down a rising WWE Superstar saying he won't make it big in the company. The World's Best comment comes days after Dominik Mysterio lost the Intercontinental Championship to John Cena on the November 10, 2025 episode of RAW.

CM Punk was invited to the Mostly sports with Mark Titus and Brandon Walker podcast, where he was asked if Dirty Dom is a future WWE giant. Punk immediately said no without hesitation. Instead, the World Heavyweight Champion asked the host why he liked Mysterio, but got no answer.

“No… Why?… Look, you don't even know,” he said.

This was a rather unexpected statement from Punk, especially since he had admitted to being close with the 28-year-old. Also, while you're at Kevin Hart Cold as balls show, The Second City Saint even admitted to liking The Judgment Day member and also mentored him.


CM Punk believes Bron Breaker is an unstoppable force

While CM Punk doesn't think Dominik Mysterio will become a future icon, he sees it Source Breaker in this light

Speaking on the same podcast, The Straight Edge Superstar noted that no one can stop The Unpredictable Bad**s momentum even if they tried.

“Like it or not, he's somebody I don't think you could stop if you tried. He's got all the tools. Second-generation superstar. His dad and uncle were arguably one of the best teams of the '80s and '90s. So yeah, he's one of those prospects that you always punk about.

Breakker is one of The Second City Saint's key enemies right now. The former two-time Intercontinental Champion defeated Seth Rollins after The Visionary injured his shoulder in his quest to defeat Cody Rhodes for the Crown Jewel Championship.

As a result, Rollins had to vacate the World Heavyweight Championship. However, while Breakker had his eyes on the title, Adam Pearce stopped him from competing for it, and now CM Punk holds it. It will be interesting to see if The Dog of WWE gets a shot at the title in the future.
