Dan Lanning has seen enough from Ohio State's new wide receiver to know he's on the next level.

After the Buckeyes' big 41-21 win over Oregon in the Rose Bowl on Wednesday, Lanning announced that 19-year-old wide receiver Jeremiah Smith is “NFL ready” today, according to NBC Sports'. Nicole Auerbach.

Smith had seven catches for 187 yards and a touchdown on Wednesday.
