according to CBS Newsa Minnesota man named Tyler Maxon Avalos, 30, was arrested in early October for allegedly threatening Pam Bondi in a “murder-for-hire” TikTok video. The video included the same image that Patrick reposted, a photo of Bondi with a red sniper dot on her forehead and text asking for a $45,000 reward to kill her. The caption read,

cough cough when they don't serve us, what?”

The threat was first reported to the FBI on October 9 by a TikTok user in Detroit. Investigators later traced the account to Avalos, who lives in St. Paul, Minnesota. According to court records, his account showed connections to anarchist symbols and linked to an “Anarchist FAQ” document. Avalos has a history of violence, including previous convictions for stalking and domestic assault in Minnesota and Florida.
