The Sean “Diddy” Combs trial began modifying on June 30, 2025, when Judge Arun Subramanian received two notes from the jury members during the deliberations. One of them had the jury stating that a jury, who was a 51 -year -old scientist in Manhattan, could not follow the judge's instructions.

According to CBS News, the group of juries included eight men and four women. However, prosecutors refused as the jurors could be confused and Judge Arun Subramanian He also accepted the same.
The defense team also argued with the judge, as they were supposedly not satisfied with his response, after the judge called on the defense as to whether their instructions would be followed. One of Diddy's lawyers responded by saying:
“Of course, I can do what you ask for your honor.”
On the first day of the deliberations, the judge also told the jurors that the head should use a note to inform in case there were other problems on his side.
Judge orders lawyers at Diddy's trial to provide the necessary transcripts
On the last day of Diddy's trial, the jury sought transcripts and sent a note during the morning hours. The Prosecutor's Office and Defense reviewed the transcripts to find the details that the jury requested to proceed in the case, according to CNN.
The transcription sections included the testimony of the former Navus of Sean Combs Cassie Ventura on the assault that happened to the Intercontinental Hotel In Los Angeles and the Freak-offs that supposedly involved the men's escort Daniel Phillip. Daniel's testimony was also presented in the transcript sections, where Phillip opened in the incident of the Essex Hotel associated with Cassie.

According to the latest updates to the CNN shared judgment, lawyers were told to provide transcription extracts linked to the intercontinental hotel assault on jury members at 1pm on July 1, 2025.
The judge also stated that transcripts would have everything that happened before and after the assault incident. The details of Cassie Ventura's Instagram publication would also be provided to the jury members, where the dancer and actress spoke about the surveillance video that was captured at the Intercontinental Hotel.
According to BBC News, Diddy has been in the Cell of Holding in court and initially brought to Brooklyn base Metropolitan Detention Center After his arrest by 2024.
