One of Pittsburgh Steelers's games was leaked before the full program of the 2025 team on Wednesday.

The announcement of the Steellers' opponent for the game in Ireland on Tuesday marked the first deployment of the 2025 team programming. In week 4, the first regular NFL season game in Ireland will take place in the Croke Park in Dublin between the Steelers and the Vikings of Minnesota.

Steellers will be the designated domestic team of the International series Game in Dublin. The game will be broadcast on the NFL network and will be transmitted to NFL+ where September 28 at 9:30 am.

The Steelers will play in an international NFL match for the first time in 12 years, the longest thing that any NFL team has disappeared without playing abroad. Coincidentally, Pittsburgh's latest international clash was against the Vikings in September 2013 at the Wembley Stadium in England. It also took place in week 4 and the Vikings won 34-27.

For their part, the Vikings have a more recent familiarity playing in international games than the Steelers, having recently won against the New York Jets 23-17 in London last season. The Vikings have a perfect 4-0 record in their games played outside the United States.

The Vikings will be the first side of the NFL to play consecutive games in separate foreign countries this season. They will meet the Cleveland Browns in London in week 5.
