Minecraft constantly improves each update. Mojang Studios is constantly working to ensure that the game remains cool and fun. With the launch of the last snapshot entitled 25W19a, developers have made some minor but notable changes, especially with the fog system, to do more nostalgic things.
Minecraft The U/SIGMAHOLD player made a publication in the R/Minecraft comparing the images before and after different weather conditions with and without the fog effect that comes with a 25W19a snapshot, launched a few days ago. The images show a fog based on the time that adds a layer of dark to make the environment more immersive.
Reacting to the publication and the snapshot, u/kindly-ad-9742 commented:
“Old Minecraft Vibe”
For those who do not know, Minecraft used to have a fog effect on the biomes that added a immersion layer. This new update brings the same function, but better. Another player, U/Theavibean, said that making the rendering distance to only two would amplify the old Minecraft vibrations.
U/Bocaj1000 said that the new fog is not exactly like the old fog of the game, as it had a linear gradient that began from the player and stretched to the rendering distance. The new fog is more like a blanket throughout the region. However, the user added that it still looks good.
U/Seanwastaken said that this was an impressive change that makes the world more atmospheric. U/Joshyrb responded to the comment, saying that the effect of fog does not seem very good when the weather is clear. However, the commentator replied that they liked despite the fact that the effect was not perfect.
Another player, U/Xarccosx, added that there could be an option to turn off the fog settings. The user said that they are fogged in the Nether, as they cannot see nothing in four pieces in the Bedrock edition of the game.
Mojang Studios works hard to cause some substantial changes to the game. The first drop of play of the year, Spring in life, New mobs of mobs have been added that can be found in the coldest and warmer regions of the game, and also introduced new immersive adjustments such as environmental sounds, a falling leaf effect and Firefly Bush.
All of these changes are perfect for taking the game where it should be gone. Players have asked developers to improve their current features instead of adding new regions, such as test chambers, which require a lot of exploration. It would be interesting to see how developers appear for the Next Update Important.
