Former WWE Superstar Shockingly Spits On Her Real-Life Husband At AEW Collision

In a shocking turn of events tonight at AEW Collision, a former WWE Superstar just spit on another person during a match. He was no ordinary person as he was her real life husband.

It seemed as if Marina Shafir he would be caught in a potential conflict of interest when the Death Riders began fighting Paragon and eventually the Conglomerate. This meant she would be on the opposite side of her husband, Roderick Strong.

During September to Remember, Strong faced Jon Moxley in singles action. During one point in the match, Roddy rolled to the outside and came face to face with his wife, who was in Mox's corner. This was the first time they interacted on screen. Shafir couldn't help himself break into a smile though her husband was looking intently at her.

Tonight was a different story as Roderick Strong once again shared the ring with Moxley. The stakes were higher as the two competed in a tiebreaker for the battle of AEW's blood and guts advantage. The victor would earn the advantage for their team for next week's bout.

The pair came face to face once more. Strong had some words for his wife, and she retaliated by spitting at him after he turned his back on her. He looked at her with a look of disbelief and disdain after what she did.

This was all kayfabe, but it was interesting to see AEW acknowledge their real-life relationship, as this was a question fans were asking since they represent two different factions.

Marina Shafir has become a loyal and indispensable member of the Death Riders, and is even willing to throw her husband under the bus for them Next week at AEW Blood and Guts, their paths may cross again, and it will be interesting to see how they perform then.
