Miami's ex -Guarda, Hanna Cavinder, is committed to physical form after her collegiate career and continues to share her training routines with fans on social networks, offering tips and views to maintain maximum fitness.

With her twin sister Haley dedicated to Dallas Cowboys Final Jake FergusonHanna has been making several solo videos on her joint Instagram account.

In his latest video shared on the Cavinder Twins account on Wednesday, he showed his followers how to get the most out of a quad in the gym.

Hanna did training exercises to build her quads while using different teams.

With more than 432,000 followers from their shared Instagram account, the sisters have a great audience to share their diet plans, exercise routines and training dresses.

They also launched their fitness app last year and called Twogether. The twins revealed that the reason for creating their application was “to help women streamline their training and nutrition through fitness plans and recipes”.

It has different training programs, personalized macro counts and recipe guides, which are available on a monthly subscription rate.

Hanna and Haley shared their restrictive diet struggles and reaching the final goals with training routines, with their poor diet, making both eating disorders develop.
