How do you know you are ready for the season after a training winter?

It is always an exciting time when a new season begins, but we must form our boys to build their strength and be completely prepared for the rigors of a long season.

A training winter consists of a strength progression and training program from 10 to 12 weeks. The key to being ready is the ability to play and launch at some level of intent 4-5 days a week without pain or restrictions.

Essentially, as the progression of the game capture leads to a heavier load and then transmitted to flat floor and short boxes (they bust at a shorter distance of 60 feet of 6 inches), we move slowly to the mound and work on a real throw with the appropriate distance towards the week 6.

Most boys should launch 20 to 30 throws in a painless control/pain in the weeks 10-12.

When the test tests are launched (week 13), 40-50 launches should not be a problem for them when you spray the key factors of the competitive spirit and adrenaline during the bat-bats, the searches and the tests.

Many of the boys in my program receive a 7 -day launch program with their level of intent and the number of shots mixed for each specific exercise that are assigned that day.

Between a controlled number of launches, sections and routines previously previously with healthy post-acclaim exercises, players are ready to leave and let their hard work pay.
