Angel Reese and the Chicago Sky launched their preseason campaign with a match against the Brazilian National Team at Pete Maravich Assembly Center of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on Friday. Reese won a place on the starting line next to Kamilla Cardoso, Kia Nurse, Ariel Atkins and Courtney Vandersloot.
Not wasting time energizing the crowd of home, Reese attacked The painting of the first possession of the game. Although his disputed layout did not fall, he made a free kick and divided his free throws on the line, putting the sky on the board.
Shortly afterwards, the former LSU star scored his first field goal with a strong final inside the painting. His activity on the boards was evident and also offered a rapid vision of his capacity in the opening minutes.
