Trial rank in Duet Night Abyss determines a player's progression in the game. Leveling this up on your account is essential to unlocking most features, endgame items, and most importantly, team scores. Having a high trial rank guarantees a fully unlocked account, giving players access to all endgame modes for farming.
However, keep in mind that the path to a higher test rank can be made at a slower pace, as the game does not make your life easy. But, this article will help you speed up the process if you want to spend several hours in Duet Night Abyss and reach the endgame faster.
Trial rank in Duet Night Abyss is similar to your account level, like Mastery rank in Warframe or Adventurer rank in Genshin Impact. Raising your account rank provides access to higher levels of characters and weapons, along with the Legendary Demon Wedge secret letters.
As mentioned, there is no quick method to reach the maximum trial limit, as this game has to be played slowly, day by day. However, for anyone who wants to run to the end of the game as fast as possible, it can be done in just a few steps. Having Trial Rank 65 also allows you to increase your character's ATK, DEF, HP and Shield by 300%.

To begin with, open your journal and follow the main story quest. It should be the golden target at the top. Finishing all story missions up to the end of 1.0 should increase your trial rank to 35-40. Second, there are the side quests found in the open worldespecially the main city of Icelake.

The Side quests can be identified by the white diamond icon on top of an NPC. Talk to them and then accept the quest, simply by taking a dialogue or making a Perception check using dice. Complete enough quests and you should be near the 40-42 range.

Once you are done with all the available missions, now comes the main process of EXP, which is found in the Combat section of the menu, especially the Noctoyager's Manual. This is the place where you can collect different demon wedges by executing certain objectives.

Select any target according to your suitable level and run the mission to get Demon Wedge. For every Demon Wedge you collect for the first time, you get more EXP.

Also, after collecting the demon wedges, go to “Demon Wedge Casket” via your menu, and redeem any objectives that may have been completed by collecting demon wedges.

Other miscellaneous sources of Trial EXP include character and weapon upgrades, getting new characters and weapons, daily memory missions, i opening chests in the open world.
