Matthew Gaudreau's wife, Madeline, launches a special “comfy” collection in honor of late husband

Since the tragic death of Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau in a road accident last year in August the Guadau family has paid special tributes To honor their loved ones from time to time. On Friday, Matthew's wife, Madeline Gaudreau, shared that he has designed a special clothing line in his memory, which will be launched on June 1.

Madeline mentioned that the tag has joined the special collection with BlK in an Instagram publication. In the subtitle, he wrote:

“The Mattys collection will be live on June 1. It was an honor by designing it -with the BLK tag. If you know that Matty knows that he was always in his” comfies “, he wanted to assure us that we had a sweat dress that spoke in his style that is simple and also comfortable.”

He said that he loved to carry bright colors, especially green, and that is why this color was included in the line. He also mentioned that the bucket hat was essential, as it was Matty's accessory in summer.

Madeleine also explained why it was important for her to include youth sizes. She shared that after Mattew retired, she spent a lot of time to train youth hockey, and she felt she would have loved to see the children she taught and her nieces and nephews who carried something created in her honor.

“I hope you all like this line as much as I do and know the importance that it is for me and for him,” he added.

He shared the proximity of this project and explained that some of the income will go to the John and Matthew Gaudreau Foundation.
