The former competitive swimmer, Michael Phelps, shared his reaction to the possibility of dealing with the legend of Basketball Shaquille O'Neal in a swimming competition. Phelps and O'Neal once faced swimming races as part of the reality show of the former basketball player, known as Shaq VS, where he faced the prominent sports stars, trying to beat them in his own game.
Michael Phelps is recognized as one of the largest athletes of all time, much less swimmers. Phelps has won the most Olympic medals of anyone in history, gaining 28 during his career. Has established multiple world records on the way, mainly recording a time of 4: 03.84 in the 400m Individual Medley of 2008 OlympicsA record that was for 13 years. He retired from competitive swimming after the 2016 Rio Olympics.
Phelps headed to Instagram to share his reaction to face Shaq again, saying:
“We have to do it again @shaq?!”
When the couple faced each other in 2009, they competed in three races. Shaq Surprisingly he won the first race, with Phelps winning the other two.
Michael Phelps He previously discussed his thoughts on the next generation of competitive swimmers. Following his retirement in 2016, Phelps has taken on other companies such as a major mental health defender and launching his own bathroom clothing brand.
In an interview with NBC News ahead of the Paris Olympics, Phelps said (0:45 onwards):
“For me, many of them have taken this part of control for themselves. I think we have had a lot of additions to the USOC's mental health space, so just talking to swimmers, I think it's really great and really powerful to take.

“I think this is the most important thing in this sport that I think now is that the young generation is really going on.
