Batista allegedly scared a former WWE talent to death. The Animal was known for his brute strength and built himself as a powerhouse in the ring.
Apart from his achievements in the ring, his name has also appeared in some interesting behind-the-scenes incidents and stories over the years. ancient wwe broadcaster Todd Grisham recalled one such case during a recent conversation.

During an appearance a INSIGHT with Chris Van VlietGrisham talked about his early days in WWE. He said he warned that people were testing him and playing pranks on him.
He mentioned that The Brooklyn Brawler had spread a rumor backstage that Grisham was calling wrestling fake. He said that when people asked him if he believed it, he said yes because to deny it would have meant calling The Brooklyn Brawler a liar. Grisham recalled how WWE stars decided to attack him.
“So somebody, he’s doing the training matches in the ring, and then somebody says, ‘Hey, this is the idiot who says wrestling is fake; get him in the ring.’ I’m like, oh my God. So I got in the ring, and Jazz was there. She’s like, ‘Do you really believe that?’
The veteran announcer then revealed that they wanted Batista to give him a Power Bomb and scare him.
“So the next thing you know, Batista’s in the ring, and they’re like, ‘Powerbomb him, Batista.’ And I’m like, oh my God. So Batista puts me between his legs, grabs my underwear, and rips them off. Like a saw goes, and he keeps acting like he’s gonna do it right, and I’m scared to death, and thank God he didn’t powerbomb me, but my b*tt crack I was bleeding afterwards, raw as hell,” he said.
He also mentioned that talents like Hardcore Holly and Bubba Ray Dudley confronted him about the fight being fake.
Batista had a storied career in WWE, winning multiple world championships and winning the Royal Rumble twice.
After pursuing a career in Hollywood, the Animal slowly ended his career in WWE. He confronted his wrestling mentor, Triple H, in a No Holds Barred match at WrestleMania 35, where The Game came out on top.
This was his farewell to WWE as he announced his retirement after the event in a social media post.
