How to evolve Scraggy to Scraffty to Pokemon Go

You can feed Scraggy 50 Candy to evolve to Pokémon Go. If you do during the event, the evolved baby will know the upper hand. Once the event is over, the movement will be re -published and may or may not land in the upper hand.
