This week's episode of Biggest Knockout: In the Season and the AFC North took fans through the final week of the regular season as some teams prepared for their final games before the playoffs while others tried to secure a spot in the postseason.

The Baltimore Ravens and Pittsburgh Steelers had an uneventful week after already clinching a playoff spot, while the Cincinnati Bengals had to win out and rely on outside factors to get into the postseason.

Meanwhile, the Cleveland Browns entered the final week of the regular season hoping to end the year on a positive note after already being eliminated from the playoffs.

There was something at stake in Week 18 for Baltimore and Pittsburgh however, the AFC North title was on the line. Ravens coach John Harbaugh opened the session with a fiery speech to motivate his team.

Harbs' speech on Monday morning of the Browns' bye? Hell yeah. More this week baby!!! #Heavy Knock

It was tough for the Steelers as they looked to snap a three-game losing streak, but that didn't stop head coach Mike Tomlin from cracking jokes.

In Cincinnati, the hot Bengals prepared for a cold field against Pittsburgh. The Bengals finally did their part in beating the Steelers, but they didn't get the losses they needed from other teams to get to the playoffs. However, it was a great season for stars Joe Burrow and Ja'Marr Chase.

This week's episode also featured an interesting moment as Cleveland prepares to face the Ravens. Brown discovered star Myles Garrett when he was 14 years old.

It wasn't surprising to see the Ravens beat the Browns to defend the AFC North title, but the matchup gave fans a great moment between Roger Rosengarten and Garrett.

The Bengals and Browns' seasons are now over, but the Ravens and Steelers still have work to do. The two teams meet in a wild card matchup this week, which should make for an interesting episode of A Strong Knock.
