The 12-time WWE Champion may be leaving The Judgment Day on RAW this week for a big reason

Last week, The Judgment Day seemed to be back on top of WWE RAW with Liv Morgan is back. However, things could take a dramatic turn this week in the form of a former champion leaving the faction.

Tension has been brewing within the group for months, and things could reach a breaking point in tonight’s episode. WWE RAW. Doomsday could implode with former Universal Champion Finn Balor leaving the group for a major reason.

Finn Balor could leave The Judgment Day after Dominik Mysterio scolded him for losing to Rey Mysterio

Dominik Mysterio has had issues with his father since he turned heel three years ago. Tonight, Finn Balor will face Rey Mysterio in a singles match. While it promises to be an entertaining bout, the tension between Balor and Dom could get worse if the former doesn’t manage to win.

Now a two-time Intercontinental Champion as well as the AAA Mega Champion, Dirty Dom could step into the ring and berate Finn Balor for losing to Rey Mysterio if he is defeated. This could cause Balor to stick around and attack Dom to leave the faction for good.

WWE has been teasing a Judgment Day split for months

Finn Balor has been seen playing mind games with Dom several times in the past. Before Liv Morgan was injured, she was feuding with The Prince. Balor brought Roxanne Perez into the fold after Morgan’s departure, but the tension has dropped significantly over the past few months.

However, it is clear that the alliance between the members is on shaky ground. A spark could be all it takes to turn Balor on and make him take out his frustration on Dominik.

A doomsday split would give Dirty Dom his next major feud

After a short program with John Cena, Dominik Mysterio could fight a familiar face for the Intercontinental Championship. If Finn Balor turns on Dirty Dom, he will surely challenge the King of Fighters for his title.

An eventual feud between Balor and Dom would certainly heat up, and could help put the spotlight on the Intercontinental title in the coming months. This would also give Balor a clear direction as a singles star for the first time in years, while creating an interesting dynamic between the remaining members of The Judgment Day.
