Shubman Gill and Sai Sudharsan destroyed the Delhi capitals (DC) at IPL 2025 last night (May 18). Gujarat Titans (GT) openers established a magnificent collaboration of 205 runs to help their franchise register a memorable 10 wicket victory at the Stadium Arun Jaitley.

Batting First, Delhi Capitals published 199/3 on the board, thanks to a hundred unbeaten by KL Rahul. However, Rahul's efforts went in vain, as Sudharsan pointed out a ton and Gill fell closely to the three figures. GT finished chase with six balls to save.

#5 184 – Gautam Gambhir and Chris Lynn vs GL, IPL 2017

Former Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) Gambhir and Chris Lynn's open ones had the record for the highest collaboration of opening in the second post in the IPL history before Sai Sudharsan and Shubman Gill set themselves against Delhi's capitals.

David Warner and Jonny Baazstow owns the record for the highest opening for a couple with two batters abroad in the history of the IPL. The Australian-English couple did not show any mercy for the Royal Challengers Bengaluru team at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in 2019.

Warner did not leave 100 55 years old, while Bairstow left after scoring 114 runs of 56 balls. Bansiontow broke five four and five six. Its Warner opening partner reached 12 and seven maximums. SRH scored 231/2 in 20 points after the 185 -year position between Warner and Bansionw.
