The NFL analyst, Aaron Schatz, of Espn, believes that the Detroit Lions made a head choice in the NFL project of 2025.
The Lions exchanged two elections in the third round of 2026 to take to 70th general position to select the extensive receiver Isaac Teslaa outside Arkansas. It gives Detroit another weapon by offense, but Sccatz was not a fan of the selection.
Instead, Schatz thinks he plays too much in a similar way to Amon-RA St. Brown, which will make it difficult for you to see the field or affect.

“Teslaa to the lions,” Sccatz wrote about the most written selection. “Basically scored zero in my article on players score with WR projections. The rankings of Espn's Scouts Inc. had Teslaa on the list, but as a receiver number 17 and the number 157 of the perspective. And yet, the Lions treated two in the third round of the third round. It is a duplicate of the best receiver of Detroit, Amon-Ra.”

Tesla It is a 6-foot receiver that can play in the middle of the field, similar to St. Brown, so Sccatz is not a fan of the selection.
Teslaa registered 28 receptions for 546 yards and 3 touchdowns in his second season in Arkansas. He began his college degree in Hillsdale.
Aaron Schatz was not the only ASPN analyst who called Isaac Teslaa the most written selection in the NFL project of 2025.
ESPN NFL analyst, Matt Bowen, of Espn, called Teslaa his most written choice and did not believe that it was worth it that the Lions negotiated.
“Wide receiver Isaac Teslaa in The Lions (No. 70). I can see the traits with Teslaa. It is a 6-foot target with a seam stretching capacity, and published explosive testing numbers (4.43 40 gardens, 39½ vertical inches). However, it is still a developmental perspective and cost the two years of two years, adding to the third round, added to the third “Bowen.
As Bowen points out, Teslaa is still a developmental perspective but Detroit It is a legitimate contestant of Super Bowl and needs that players have an impact right now and not in the future.
Although two NFL Espn analysts are not fans of the options, Teslaa will have the opportunity to show that doubts are mistaken and a shocking receiver.
Teslaa joins a receiver room that has St. Brown, Jameson Williams, Tim Patrick, Kalif Raymond and Tom Kennedy, among others.
