Watch Kulabdam survive John Lineker’s nuke combos

Thai star Kulabdam Sor Jor Piek Uthai is one of the toughest fighters in the ONE Championship known for his no-nonsense attitude during matches. He showed this clearly in his clash with veteran Brazilian fighter John Lineker earlier this year.

‘Left Meteorite’ faced Lineker at ONE Fight Night 27 in January in Bangkok, Thailand. The two had an intense battle, which saw Kulabdam face a ferocious deluge of “Hands of Stone” combos at one point and succeed in it.

A Championship moved to highlight this in a recent Instagram post for fight fans to remind them of the type of play in Team Sor Jor Piek Uthai’s featured packages.

Despite being severely tested by Lineker, Kulabdam won the battle by unanimous decision. Since then, he has won two more fights, bringing his current winning streak to four fights.

It’s the same durable form he looks to show when he returns to action at ONE Friday Fights 137: Tawanchai Vs. Liu on December 19 at the Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok. There he will face PTT Apichart Farm in an all-Thai bantamweight Muay Thai clash.

ONE Friday Fights 137 is headlined by a featherweight kickboxing bout between Tawanchai division Muay Thai king PK Saenchai and China’s Liu Mengyang. It is available live and free at watch.onefc.com and ONE’s YouTube and Facebook pages.

The Kulabdam-PTT battle headlines top-tier Muay Thai action at ONE Friday Fights 137

The bantamweight Muay Thai showdown between Kulabdam and PTT is just one of 10 top-tier bouts in the “art of the eight limbs” on offer at ONE Friday Fights 137.

The event will also feature former two-division world champion and Thai icon Sam-A Gaiyanghadao, who will take on the knockout artist. Jaosuayai Die Krungthepthonburi in a strawweight contest.

Also included is Suablack Tor Pran49’s bantamweight Pakorn PK Saenchai and veteran ‘Smokin’ Jo Nattawut’s featherweight clash against Iran’s Mohammad Siasarani.

ONE Friday Fights 137 will be ONE Championship’s last live event before it goes on hiatus for the new year.
