Extreme heat and wildfires have destroyed the burning grounds Western Australia. With high temperatures expected to continue above 40c (104F) in the coming days, the Meteoogy Bureau has issued a severe warning for the South West.
The conditions follow the Bhostfires in New South Wales this month, which caused damage to homes and loss of life. Extreme weather warnings have also been issued later this week for parts of South Australia and New South Ales, as a high-pressure disk moves east, bringing more light to the region.
