WWE has set new standards in the industry and TNA Wrestling has joined the league for the long haul. A new press release revealed the company's multi-year deal with TNA.
Last year, TNA Wrestling began sending stars to the Stamford promotion, primarily on the developmental brand. The working relationship improved under the creative leadership of Triple H and Shawn Michales, as names like now Jordynne Grace i Joe Henry became a staple of the brand in black and silver.
However, it was not a one-time deal and more crossovers occurred in the coming months and storylines spread between both promotions. Today, the Stamford-based promotion released a statement announcing its multi-year deal with TNA Wrestling to create more crossovers between the two promotions.
“WWE and TNA Wrestling today announced a multi-year partnership aimed at creating unprecedented crossover opportunities within WWE and TNA programming for NXT Superstars and TNA Wrestling Stars,” the company's official X account.
The exact years of the new partnership were not mentioned, but it can be said that it would contain years of content and crossover opportunities for both parties. In addition, the released statement also addressed appearances at select premium live events. This could mean that TNA Wrestling stars can appear in PLE like the Royal Rumble, similar to 2022 and 2024.
